I’ve completed four rounds of Whole30 over the past 2 years and I really love the program. It’s a great way to reset your eating habits. It gets you thinking of new healthy meals to prepare for the family. It curbs the sugar addiction. Really I can’t say enough good things about it.

If you’re doing a Whole30 now you may find yourself in a rut where you’re rotating through the same breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Am I right? I know it happens to me. Enjoying your Whole30 doesn’t have to be hard. You really don’t have to eat the same old foods. And you certainly don’t need to stick to just salads and grilled chicken. We can do better than that.
