Ingredients Needed For This Classic Green Bean Casserole Recipe:
- Canned cream of mushroom soup
- Milk
- Pepper
- Cut canned green beans (fresh green beans aren’t great for this specific recipe)
- French’s French Fried Onions
How To Make This Classic Green Bean Casserole Recipe:
To begin making your Homemade Green Bean Casserole preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
Then using a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the soup, milk, and pepper.
NNext, fold in the green beans and a little more than half of the onions (⅔ cup) to the soup mixture.
Once that is done, pour the green beans and soup into a 9×9 pan and bake it for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
After 30 minutes, remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle the remaining onions on top.
Then, return the casserole to the oven and bake it for 5-10 more minutes or until onions are golden brown.
Once the onions are brown, take the green bean casserole out and serve it immediately!

Ingredients
- 10.75 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- ¼ cup milk
- ⅛ teaspoon pepper
- 2 14 ounce green beans canned
- 1 1/3 cups fried onions French's
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl, combine soup, milk, and pepper.
Drain your green beans. Fold in green beans and ⅔ cups onions.
Pour into a 9×9 inch pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle on remaining fried onions.
Bake for 5-10 more minutes or until onions are golden brown.

Yes, but you would need to make adjustments. Green beans in the can are already cooked. So take that into consideration for the cooking time.
