Many people have been killed during the ceremony; now, it’s up to you to investigate the dark alleys and collect clues to hunt down the murderer. Dark City London starts with a discussion between a stranger and the protagonist. As the debate ends, the stranger leaves a briefcase holding a threatening letter by a culprit in the briefcase pocket.

• First off, tap the briefcase and add it to your inventory. Every item in your inventory that appears with a “+” sign means you can attach another to get something new.

• Tap the briefcase, pick up a poster from the suitcase, and get a magnifying glass from the pocket and a letter.

• Investigate the letter and tap on specific areas as shown in the image below to unravel a mystery.

• After that, tap the glowing book on the left side and place objects from inventory on the book under the circles to get evidence.

• Next, the game displays you a cut-scene and leaves you a deduction that you must offer to the stranger and get a glove.
• You have a briefcase, glove, and magnifying glass in your inventory.

Help the Engineer Trapped under the Bell

After collecting a glove, your objective is to help the engineer trapped under the bell by finding hidden objects and utilizing them to solve tricky puzzles.

• First off, pick up a crowbar stuck in the door and head to the door to get a coin.

• Tap the lock again and break it using the crowbar from the inventory. Open the lock and go through the door to find new scenes and discover new hidden objects.

• You are outside the house ahead of a crushed bell burning in fire.
• Head to the left side and tap the fire hydrant to collect the following things: Valve and Mirror Piece.

• Go close to the poster on the right side, tap on it to discover an object, and use the glove with the mirror to cut it.

• Next, pick up the second coin from the spot, and before leaving the area, don’t forget to obtain the hose from behind the door.
• Tap the fire hydrant, attach the hose to the pump, and start down the fire.
• After that, tap the bell amidst the area and use the crowbar to pick up the bell from above the deceased.

• Now, use the magnifying glass to search the body and unlock the new objective “Search the Crime Scene for clues and Suspects.”

A new objective was unlocked, and your ultimate goal is to search for hidden objects and solve the mystery to find the way out.

• First off, discover a crumpled paper from the near deceased and read it to find clues.

• Get a locket from the neck and bring out all things from the deceased’s pocket to play a mini-game, wherein your objective is to find hidden objects following their names shared on a bar given at the bottom of your screen.

• You have to discover hidden objects using their names, and once you complete the puzzle, the game asks you to find seven photo parts and attach them to restore the Engineer’s photo.

• Once you complete the image, use the magnifying glass to reveal the code (11,6,4).

• Your objective is to use the code to unlock the briefcase to find hidden objects. Head to the suitcase, tap a briefcase and click on the lock to enter the code (4,6 and 11).
• Tap the mini-game that makes its appearance on the briefcase and start to play.
• You have to move the latch to the round hole and open the lock to complete the game. First, choose the numbers on the padlock to move the latch. The numbers are the following: 4, 5, 4, 4, 6, 4, 11, 6, 9, 4, 5, 4, 5, 4, and 5.

• Open the briefcase, tap the letter to read the message, and collect a coin.

• After that, keep the briefcase back to the inventory and head to the scene to complete the new objective, “Locate Witnesses and Determine who you should question.”
