Was this review helpful? Yes FlagI remember our Woolworth's counter fondly too. It was a special treat to have a real soda fountain drink and a grilled cheese. Love the memory and the recipe.

Was this review helpful? Yes FlagHow cool. I have never had this at Woolworth's but my son's great grandma used to make this for us for lunch all the time. I never got her recipe, but this sounds like I remember. Will definitely be making - and of course you've got to have potato chips ! Thanks wynne.
